Solar Panel Kit is an independent resource. We compare kits, explain how they work, and try to help you figure out what actually fits your setup — a balcony, a shed, a van, or something else.
Right now, we don’t have any affiliate partnerships. No links on this site earn us a commission today. We’re telling you this upfront because plenty of sites in this space quietly assume you already know how they make money, and we’d rather just say it.
That said, we’re building this site with the expectation that it may include affiliate links in the future — for example, through programs like Amazon Associates. If that happens, here’s what it would mean in practice:
- Some links to products or retailers could earn us a small commission if you click through and buy something.
- It would never cost you anything extra — the price you pay stays the same whether or not a link is affiliated.
- It wouldn’t change what we recommend. A kit gets mentioned because it fits the guide it’s in, not because of a commission. You can see how we make those calls on our Editorial Guidelines page.
When we do add affiliate links, we’ll update this page to say exactly which programs we’re part of and mark affiliate links clearly wherever they appear, in line with FTC guidelines on endorsements and testimonials.
